FROM WHERE IS MY ORDER SEND?
It is sent from our own warehouse at our farm in Emmaboda, Sweden.
IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?
All our packages are delivered with DHL and are thus insured up to SEK 500/kg.
HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
This depends on whether you order from within Sweden or some other country. If you live in Sweden, the delivery time will take between 4-6 days depending on how quickly we can handle your order. If you live in another country, you can count on 9-11 days.
CAN I GET MY ORDER IN THE STORE?
No we have no physical store, but you are welcome to come home to us at the farm to collect your order. However, you must notify us before you arrive, feel free to schedule a time by emailing email@example.com
HOW CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY WORDS?
If you want to make changes to or cancel your order, it is very important that you contact us directly. If we do not receive a message immediately after the order is placed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change or stop it. If an order that you wish to cancel has been sent, it is your responsibility as a customer to send the package back within 30 days. If the package is not collected, you will be charged a fee of 250 SEK.

WHEN IS MY ORDER SENT?
Your order will normally ship from the warehouse 1-2 days after you've placed.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU HAVE?
WHY DOESN'T MY ORDER WORK WHEN I TRY TO PAY?
If you have trouble placing an order, first try to make the purchase in another browser, or through another device - this usually solves the problem. If that doesn't work, contact your bank to make sure they haven't temporarily blocked the transaction.
CAN I ADD PRODUCTS TO MY ORDERS?
It is not possible to add products to an order that has already been completed. It must be handled as a separate order.
MY TRACK NUMBER DOES NOT WORK? WHY?
When your order has been picked up from our warehouse, we will send you an email with your tracking number. Note that the tracking number may not work immediately, as the shipping company usually has to scan the package when it arrives at their warehouse and that may take a few hours.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CONFIRMATION. HAVE MY ORDER GONE THROUGH?
In the last step of your purchase, you will see an order receipt on the screen that you can print. You will also receive this receipt at the specified email address. If you have not received any emails from us before, your email client may think the message is spam. Therefore, please also look in "spam"
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY RETURN?
It may take a few days for changes and returns to be processed by our warehouse. During particularly busy periods, it can take up to several weeks. If you would like an update on your package, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org
CAN MY CLOTHES FROM FARMERRAIN BE MISSCOLORED BY OTHER MATERIALS?
The biggest risk of discoloration is from other garments, such as jeans and artificial leather.
It will be most easily seen on light garments. It can also occur on darker garments but is more difficult to detect.
This is usually done through a migration of color. The problem is that it goes into the material and does not sit superficially, so it is difficult or even impossible to remove.
Avoid hanging garments where you think problems exist.
WHEN IS MY SIZE BACK IN STOCK?
Since many of our products are handmade and manufactured in small quantities, they are replenished as fast as the factory is able to produce. Note that not all colors are reproduced.
