A comfortable and practical garment to wear, equally suited to a rainy day or when the wind is blowing as the name suggests.
I have received several complements when wearing mine out and about.
It works really well worn with Rainjeans, or for the more conservative type, regular jeans or shorts with trainers.
Perfect either way!
